If you're in the Corpus Christi and Coastal Bend area, Storm Performance Training is designed to help athletes elevate their game through structured, high-level training.

What We Offer

Our monthly training programs are built for female athletes in 6th–12th grade, focusing on speed, strength, agility, and overall athletic performance.
We also offer seasonal programs during the summer and holidays for collegiate athletes looking to stay sharp and continue training at a high level.
How We Train

Our small group sessions (max 8 athletes) are built around proper technique, efficiency, and injury prevention. Training focuses on:

Acceleration & Sprinting – explosive starts, proper mechanics, and speed development

Deceleration – control and body awareness when stopping and changing pace

Jumping & Landing – improving vertical while protecting joints and building strength

Agility & Cutting – quick, controlled directional changes

Lateral Movement & Backpedaling – efficient footwork and athletic positioning

Speed, Strength & Agility Training
Our core program for grades 6–12, focused on building a faster, stronger, more athletic foundation for all sports.
Jump Foundation Training
A technique-focused program designed to improve jumping mechanics and increase vertical safely and effectively.
Vertical Power Program (Advanced)
For experienced athletes (8th grade–college) ready to take their explosiveness and vertical to the next level.
Early Movers (3rd–5th Grade)
An introductory program focused on building coordination, movement, and athletic fundamentals. (Offered select months)

What makes us who we are starts with our trainers. We’re the only program in this area focused on developing young athletes, and Shelby and McKenzie are the driving force behind it. Their coaching, leadership, and passion are exactly what make our developmental volleyball program so special.
